I decided to share with you one of my works and its nuances.
It's about the board game Zombicide, or rather about the mountain of plastic characters inside the box.
To buy board games of this kind will hit the pocket of some and my friend made them by hand, using affordable 2D printing cardboard to print the paper component of the game, the hitch remained in the characters.
The order was creative and friendly, so here's what was required:
1. Print board game characters no more than 4cm high.
2. Yes, print them so that they don't look like melted lollipop sticks :).
So let's go.

Fortunately, the main characters (the top row of 6 pcs.) Did not need to be printed, since they were already made of cardboard.
And the very idea of the game was more important to the comrade than complete similarity. It pleased.

Here they are:
At the first stage, there was a problem in size, since the printing of 4 cm figurines of the Chinese killed immediately and he left rest giving way to comrades.
The Hori did not have a cooler for blowing the part, so because of the small detailing, the plastic was strongly welded onto each other and it turned out even worse than the Chinese one. nine0003

Anycubic Kossel remained.
The cube on native firmware gave good print quality with the following settings:
Material PLA
Nozzle diameter 0.
4 mm. ;
Layer height 0.1 mm;
Fill density - 100%;
Print speed - 50;
Temperature - 215;
Border 10 lines
Print time -30 min.
Supports had to be modeled by myself because Cura - either does not expose supports at such sizes, or does not make them in all places where necessary! nine0003

I had to finish them, I worked in 3D's Max 2017 (as I worked, I stretched a couple of Tube:D), at the same time I cut the coasters. The cylinder diameter of one support is 0.5 mm. (Suddenly someone will come in handy).
Of all the candidates, the 4th was chosen, there were 40 of them.
The card box was printed on Hori Titan, it was later covered with gold Abro paint, at the same time charging one zombie at a time per delta (there was enough time).
I removed the supports with wire cutters parallel to the zombie's hand, the technique was developed probably after 15 pieces))))) then I processed the drill with a machine with various nozzles.
Dogs were printed without supports at all. nine0003
Well, that's the result (there will be simply the highest quality photo, don't go broke8))
