It is a 3D scanner based on the theory of infrared depth imaging.
During the process of scan, the lens gets the depth data and match it with the colorful matrix, then export standard ASC point cloud, recognize similar parts and joint them together automatically, the modeling is thus built with complete data.

Advantages:
Two scan mode, face mode and body mode, you can switch accordingly
Super anti-interference, it can work to black hair, knit, transparent objects.
Fully-automatic image mosaic algorithm
High-speed of 1s/30frame, effect data collection within seconds
Scan range max to 1.2m, widely used on huge objects
Suitable for move objects
Better color saturation
Free software update forever

My adventures with Anet E10

Greetings to all readers of our favorite portal. The idea came to me to share with the public my little story in 3D printing. Show printer improvements, maybe one of the newcomers will find useful information for themselves. And just, after a while, I wanted to tell and show not only friends and relatives.

I got excited about this topic two years ago. I watched various videos for six months and thought: 'Do I need it at all?' As a result, I decided that everything is still necessary. I ordered Anet E10 and it was time to wait.

Why E10? He was praised on youtube, both our and foreign channels. He's not very expensive. For me, that was enough. (It would be better if he took a cube, dunce :))

And now he is finally assembled, and even prints a cube for calibrating the axes. The discrepancies were 0.5 mm in all directions.

And of course, on the advice of many, I immediately washed down another airflow. Which is actually quite a bit better than the native one, but then it seemed just an awesome upgrade.

It seemed to me that this improvement increased the capabilities of the printer, and I rushed to print various tests like this tower.

(Without settings for speed, retracts, temperatures, etc., etc. why? I put mega-blowing!)

smarter than just a duika of a different shape.

Yes, this is generally unrealistic, I thought. We need to see how people do it. And they succeed. Well, it means that the printer does not allow you to do such things, it's probably only possible to print on the original Ultimaker, it also costs more.

Yes, and the plastic is somehow strange, liquid, it all flows. I'll order another one. (By the way, this is plastic from CCTREE's girbest, I took PLA and ABS. ABS has the wildest smell of burnt lollipop sticks. PLA is not bad. But expensive. The same Greg is in no way inferior, but costs 3 times cheaper)

Ordered PET-G. You have to try all kinds. This one is as strong as ABS and prints as easily as PLA. Well, actually a fairy tale.

I downloaded the jar model and printed it. Pre-chopping the settings in the slicer.

Jar

That's another matter. True, it came off along with a piece of a matte sticker that came with the printer. I had to print the next one aside. But she tore off a piece of the sticker. I ended up removing it entirely. Now I use a solution of BF glue on glass.

Well, then the improvement mania hit my head. (Of course, because I hadn’t printed the turret yet, but I really wanted to)

From what turned out to be really useful:

1) Airflow for a 40mm valve

There is a version for the TYCK turbine But with a good 40m valve, at 100% mode, the plastic does not have time to fuse with the previous layer. I don't know if turbine performance is needed in this case.

2) Belt tensioner for Y-Axis and X-Axis

3) Flex filament extruder

And an example of flex plastic printing. (I don’t remember the company, 220 degrees, table 50, speed 20mms on the slicer)

4) Of course, the auto level of the table. while I read that the table should be adjusted with three screws, it managed to bend in the corners during heating-cooling cycles. (By the way, initially the table was perfectly flat, which was not in any review on youtube) The sensor is non-original, but quite accurate. Repeatability within 0.02-0.05. For layer 0.2 it seems to me enough. I had to delve into the firmware first, and then, after returning to the drain, unlocking the bootloader.

5) Shortened the bowden tube. Got a 3mm retraction. It seemed to me that 6mm was too much and the tube was too long.

Happiness knew no bounds when the printer still printed this damn turret.

(ESUN PLA, extruder 195, table off, speed 45mms on slicer, layer 0.1)

Not without flaws of course, but it came to an end. And it turned out that it was not the printer at all. And in the paws, which had to be turned into straight arms.

From the problems that the printer gave me.

1) Table connector that has begun to melt. I noticed that it began to heat up longer, I decided to check the wires and connectors. I removed it completely, soldered it directly to the table.

2) Linear table bearings broken. I temporarily printed (as I thought) PLA bushings. I was afraid that they would float when heated, but no, they have been working for half a year. But still, a backlash began to appear. I need to order metal. REFERENCE

3) Another table. He began to slowly warm up again and go into defense. I ordered a mosfet, of this type. The problem has been fixed.

4) Well, a trifle like the coolers that started buzzing and rattling, and I stole one myself when I unscrewed it when it was on. As a result - minus the blade.

Finally, a few models printed on my already loved and hated device.

Kitten in a box (ESUN PLA, layer 0.05, extruder 195, table cold, speed ~30 by slicer.)

Girl knight (CCTREE ABS, layer 0.2, extruder 240, table 100, speed 40mms by slicer)

Nameplate for Zhigul (own 3d model)

(CCTREE ABS, layer 0.2, extruder 240, table 100, speed 40mm with slicer)

Gear for children's electric ATV. (own 3d model)

(BF PET-G, layer 0.2, extruder 240, table 75, speed 40mms on the slicer)

Broke at the point of transition of a thin gear to a wide one. Repackaged from BF Nylon, worked for 1 season, no complaints.

Gift to a friend for work (own 3d model)

(FDPlast HIPS, layer 0.2, extruder 250, table 80, speed 45mms by slicer)

Spray-painted, matte KUDO enamel.

Destiny 2 Ghost Companion (ESUN PET-G Orange, layer 0.15, extruder 240, table 75, speed 45mms

Black is also PET-G, though I forgot the company. I think it's called petg. The print parameters are the same except for the extruder - 230)

Not without help this forum, figured out how to print in two colors. A bunch of acquaintances immediately flew in with requests to make key chains for them.

AZLK (original model again)

(ABS from 'buddy, cut me some plastic to try' layer 0.2, extruder 240, table 100, speed 45mms)

Woman body (FD HIPS, layer 0.2, extruder 250, table 80, speed 45mm)

Painted with Kudo Bronze

And also a lot of hooks, plugs, corners purely for myself. Vases, cups, coasters, toys and souvenirs for friends, and a few custom orders.

What can I say in summary. I got hooked on this case specifically, at first I could sit for hours and watch how the plastic fits. It seemed like magic. Well, 3D printing has become my #1 hobby. I am satisfied with the device. Yes drygostol, but not the rails, but the fee is so-so. There are flaws that need to be completed. I didn't even think about it when I bought it. But. But I figured out the principle of the printer, what depends on what, how to set up profiles in the slicer, how to solve this or that breakdown. All this, it seems to me, is an invaluable experience.

Further plans to remake in CoreXY. In the meantime, let's shake the table :)

Thanks to those who have read this flow of letters. Have a nice day and happy printing!

Sincerely, 3DToday daily reader :)
