Adhesive stickers for 3D printer

A small test of stickers for a 3D printer heated table.
These are pieces of plastic on thin 3M tape.
Increases adhesion on a hot table - the part does not come off and does not bend corners.
Well, the lower part turns out to be even and smooth, and not like on scotch tape.

If you haven't tried these stickers yet and still print on beer/glue/kapton, try it, it's an interesting and useful thing. Only a hot table is required, if the printer is not heated, then the effect will not be so good.

Cut off the excess. It turned out not very aesthetically pleasing, I will order round stickers.

These labels do not work when cold. PLA is still at the very least, but PETG and ABS refused to stick at all.

PLA sticks even too much, I won't stop, but I'll do the PETG test. Quite relevant - it sticks very poorly to scotch tape for me. About PETG was in this review.

Printed a few molds for test

Performed a tear test on a hot table. After printing, after a few minutes (the table does not cool down quickly, it was about 50 ° C), I tried to remove the finished model. As a result, it deformed and cracked, it will apply a decent force, the plastic is durable)))))

Large process of smudging the first layer. I recommend that you specify the first layer of 0.3 mm in the settings (when printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle). Otherwise, it will not be torn off at all (!)
