RS 3D Printer Filament Glassbend
GLASSBEND is a crystal clear, strong, flexible and easy to print filament for 3D printing. These characteristics, together with the high degree of gloss, very low water absorption, practically no shrinkage or warping, very good interlayer adhesion and flame retardant properties make it a very special filament. The material is FCA (Food Contact Acceptable) approved. In short, a very diverse filament which can be used for many applications.

Almost no ”warping"
Recommended temperature for heated bed is ± 70-90˚C. Adhesion is possible on different surfaces.

Storage: Cool and dry (15-25˚C) and away from UV light. This enhances the shelf life significantly

The UnionTech stereolithographic 3d printer has the following parameters:
- The maximum weight of the model is 77 kg.
- Accuracy within ±3 µm is achieved thanks to the granite base platform. Granite is not subject to deformation for a long time.
- The use of precision mechanics makes it possible to achieve an accuracy of positioning the build platform along the Z axis of ±2 µm.
- Enclosed optics: isolated from the build chamber and free from tar and dust. Has additional protection that provides long service life of the equipment.
- The SCANLAB scanner comes directly from the manufacturer (Germany).
- Panasonic Servo Motor 3-Axis Scanner Motor meets the highest standards, durability and high precision. The
- laser from American Spectra Physics achieves a stable output power of ±2mW.
- Rated laser power - 800 mW (at the surface of the resin in normal condition - 300 mW).
- Photopolymer resin level control is carried out with an accuracy of ±5 µm. Prevention of excessive resin consumption is achieved through patented vacuum adsorption technology.
