Ships Time
The Ships time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. While we strives to ship each order as quickly as possible, new products or more popular items may have a longer delivery time.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combo products and ship them before the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Cost
Items purchased online from www.einstar.com ship to America countries and Asia countries.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the cost for shipping will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page after address is filled before you complete your order.
Shining 3D shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state of Califorlia and Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
For international shipment, additional charges for customs clearance (including duties, taxes, and fees) must be fulfilled by the recipient; Shining 3D has no control over these charges, nor predict what they may be.
Shipping Services
Orders will be shipped from the nearest warehouse, depending on product stock availability, by DHL, FedEx and UPS or ePacket.
For orders from countries outside of US, or US areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, delivery times will be slightly longer.
Our US warehouse will handle the shipment for US, Canada and Mexico. All rest orders will be shipped from China warehouse.

I initially purchased a Revopoint POP 2 scanner, but was unable to recreaste what their videos and video tutorials showed. I sent it back for a refund and purchased this Einstar 3D Scanner! It is everything they say it is! Easy to use, scans things just like their videos and video tutorials, awesome!

Budget? Nah.
Phenomenal scanner. If you don't need a 30k professional level scanner (I think you'd know if this was the case) then this will do pretty much everything else. I'm using it for quick prototyping in the automotive aftermarket world and don't need super high tolerance, and I'm more than happy with the level of detail, but the best part is how fast I can scan. Setup to CAD import for most things in less than 20 minutes. I briefly had a CR Scan 01 and while quality was fine, it took at least 3x as long to scan and not as reliable. Highly recommend the Einstar. Finally someone made a budget scanner that is more than just a novelty.
first scanner under 1000 that is actually legit
I don't write reviews often, I tied the pop2 and it was immediately clear it was not going be easy to get good scans. I really wanted an einscan because the videos I saw showed it likely was a legit scanner with great software. I searched around again and happened to find that the einstar just came out, and I was skeptical that this thing would be descent as such a low price point, but I was hopeful because I knew einstars other scanners were probably really good.
. but I didn't want to spend 5k to 10k for one of those. So I decided to take a chance, but only because it was prime and I could return it easily. Well, it did not take long to be very pleasantly surprised. This thing is a bargain. I mean 1k is a lot of money, but when you compare it with what is out there, this is nothing short of a breakthrough in price performance. I know I sound like I work for the company but I have nothing to do with them I am just a customer, who got way more than they were expecting, this thing is legit, and it is one of those moments in technology history where you can see a big leap in price/performance being made. A big part of it, and I cannot stress this enough, is the software. These things need to have excellent software in addition to hardware, and the einstar software is very very excellent, refreshingly so. I mean it is not just good for scanning software, it is just very slick and polished and easy to use software in general, and this is coming from me, a nerd who has worked at Microsoft for 30 years.
I am overjoyed by this product, it is a revolution, a watershed moment in the world of scanning stuff. I can't wait to see what the next version brings. It is so great to get a product that is way better than your expectations.. I feel like I hope that someone at the company doesn't suddenly realize they are giving us a low prices scanner that is so good that it might cannibalize their higher prices ones, because it is almost as good, I mean it is 1/5th the price, but the resolution is not even close to 5 times worse. It is kind of like when the iPhone came out, it was a big level up in phones, it made all other phones at that price point look like amateurs. This is like the iphone of 1000 dollar scanners, it just kicked every 1k scanner out there to the curb.

China’s Shining 3D has released the Einstart-C FFF desktop 3D printer, adding to its existing series including the Einstart-S and the Einstart-L systems.
Previewed at CES 2017, the Einstart-C is Shining 3D’s solution for personal use, with added security features making ideal for 3D printing at schools and at home.
From model to print
The 3D printer has a build volume of 15.3cm cubed, and a layer resolution ranging from 0.1 to 0.4 mm. The filament is continuously deposited through a 0.4mm nozzle.
To make the printer more accessible as a teaching tool suitable for children, the 3D printer features automatic levelling and is fully enclosed. Printing pauses when the enclosure door is opened, and resumes operation once closed again.
A colour touch screen interface gives an improved simulation of the finished product.

As a replication tool, the Einstart-C printer can be used together with Shining3D’s range of Einscan 3D scanners, which can create digital replicas of objects, such as sculptures, complex structures and tools, to be rendered as an STL file and 3D printed.
Shining 3D’s own 3DStar software provides slicing capabilities. The sliced model can then be transferred via USB to the printer. While the printer does not print in multiple colours, the PLA material is suitable for acrylic painting and finishing.
An expanding market
Following the opening of its Europe, Middle East and Asia headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany earlier this year, Shining 3D is expanding its customer base across the desktop 3D printing and handheld 3D scanner market.
The company also produces a range of scanners for intra-oral and dental applications.

In terms of technical characteristics, Einstarts is very similar to UP! Plus 2, but surpasses its closest competitor in many ways. For example, the size of the working area of Einstarts is 16x16x16 cm versus 14x14x13.5 cm for UP, and the layer thickness is 100 microns versus 150 microns. The solution with a removable printing platform on magnetic mounts seemed very convenient to us, which is an additional convenience when separating the printed model from the platform.
