3D printing in Chita

The VolPrint group of companies produces high-quality 3D figures and forms in accordance with modern standards. 3D printing is a promising direction in the field of rapid prototyping of plastics and other raw materials. Advantages. The use of additive technologies in modern production, prototyping, modeling and other areas has advantages that make it possible to distinguish this technique from others. Among the main advantages we note: Wide operating vector. Printing enables customers to create a product for almost every industry - test samples, models or parts for presentations, practically functioning products. Fast production speed. Unlike common methods of obtaining primary samples, 3D printing reduces the process of their production to several hours. Extensive possibilities. With modern equipment, you can recreate all kinds of objects, you are not limited by anything. Variety of materials. We print not only from plastic, for example from other raw materials: rubber-like materials, photopolymers, etc.

Our company has been printing 3D products for more than 5 years. A successful combination of experience, good raw materials, personal equipment and high skill of employees, allows us to provide our customers with 3D printing services without sacrificing quality. High precision manufactured products, high production speed, own consumables - more than 5,000 loyal customers.

Monochrome LCD matrices with increased sharpness, light transmission, survivability and 2K resolution Pro Mars, Eculegoobicoo Photon Mars, Eculegoobic Photon 3D printers , Anycubic Photon S and Creality LD-002R in the original version.

Chitu Systems is one of the key suppliers of components and software for LCD-mask stereolithographic 3D printers (MSLA) working with photopolymer resins - motherboards, liquid crystal matrices and a specialized Chitubox slicer. Boards and screens under this brand are used in 3D printers from Elegoo, Anycubic, Phrozen and Creality, that is, in equipment from the most popular manufacturers. In the early days of affordable stereolithography 3D printing, they all relied on the standard RGB color LCD screens found in mobile devices, but this solution is, to put it mildly, suboptimal. Color filters only get in the way, reducing sharpness and light transmission, and therefore 3D printing quality and performance, so RGB matrices were used only because of their wide availability and low cost. A couple of years ago, a massive transition to more efficient monochrome matrices began, and Chitu Systems was one of the main suppliers.

Benefits of monochrome matrices:

1. Improved performance

Standard RGB filters provide absolutely no benefit, but significantly reduce light transmission. Solution? Delete. Monochrome matrices pass up to six percent of ultraviolet light, while for RGB screens this figure fluctuates around just one. As a result, productivity increases: if it takes 8-12 seconds to light up a layer using an RGB matrix, then using a monochrome screen the same layer is cured in about two and a half seconds.

2. Increased survivability

Monochrome displays have an estimated lifespan of 2,000 hours when exposed to UV light, about ten times longer than RGB displays.

3. Increased contrast

Here we return to filters again: by definition, a color image is not needed in stereolithography, and filters only blur the image, reducing sharpness, so removing filters suggests itself.

All new models of LCD-masked stereolithographic 3D printers known to us are produced with monochrome matrices, but there are still many samples in operation equipped with old, colored masks. For example, the same original Anycubic Photon - at one time very popular, but now outdated. The good news is that it is not necessary to change old equipment to new if you can upgrade.

Mono sensor upgrades are available for Elegoo Mars and Mars Pro, Anycubic Photon, Anycubic Photon S and Creality LD-002R 3D printers, but may be compatible with other equipment depending on size limitations and motherboards used. In particular, in the case of Anycubic Photon and Photon S, the board will need to be replaced with a Chitu V2 or V3. The Chitu Systems online store does not currently accept payments in rubles, so the company recommends using the above AliExpress links.
