RepRap Arduino Mega Pololu Shield, or RAMPS for short. It is designed to fit the entire electronics needed for a RepRap in one small package for low cost. RAMPS interfaces an Arduino MEGA with the powerful Arduino MEGA platform and has plenty room for expansion. The modular design includes plug in stepper drivers and extruder control electronics on an Arduino MEGA shield for easy service, part replacement, upgrade-ability and expansion. Additionally as long as the main RAMPS board is kept to the top of the stack a number of Arduino expansion boards can be added to the system.

In RAMPS 1.4, the resistors and capacitors are now surface mount to fit more passive components. This does add another set of steps to assembly, but we stuck with larger sizes to make it fairly painless.

This is the full kit. It includes:
- An RAMPS 2560 Electronics - Atmega 2560 (Arduino-compatible)
- Fully assembled RAMPS 1.4 board
- 4x Stepstick stepper drivers, including heatsinks

Components on the ramps board are tested for 24V input max

aluminum folding ramp, foldable up to 3m + help call system A310

This ramp is made to order and comes assembled with a set of fittings for installation / fastening and instructions. Additional installation service is carried out only in Moscow and Moscow Region, calculated separately on request.

Aluminum folding ramp. It is used on the street at the entrance to the building, in porches and other premises. The design consists of two rails with sides, interconnected by brackets. Accessible Environment program ramps

It is important to understand that officially, according to SP 59.13330.2020, these ramps for the disabled cannot be used. (But, for example, for baby carriages it is possible). To lift the disabled, you need to use lifting devices or stationary ramps.

Terms and procedure for the manufacture of folding ramps:

1. Within 1 working day after the conclusion of the contract (for government agencies) or payment of the invoice (for commercial organizations), our specialist will contact you and request additional information to create a drawing:
- A photo of the stairs/steps/place where the drop ramp is planned to be installed
- Exact distance from the edge of the top step to the ground (L). Important! The ramp will be made based on this length.
2. Within 1 working day from the moment you provide the data, you will be sent a drawing for approval. You watch it, correct it if necessary, agree in writing and send the scan back to us.
3. Within 4-6 working days, depending on the workload of production, from the moment of written approval of the drawing, your ramp will be ready for shipment to you.
Total cumulative time for the manufacture of the ramp from the moment of ordering to delivery to you (taking into account short-term agreements) is 6-8 working days.

Advice on Accessible Environment Ramp Installation

Our clients often ask us how and where is the best place to install a ramp for the disabled so that people are comfortable and standards are met and the budget is not affected. Often an organization has not one, but 2 entrances - the main and the spare. And in most cases, the emergency entrance / exit is located much closer to ground level than the main porch. Which means that there are fewer steps, and the ramp to get there requires a significantly shorter length. According to SNIP, the organization must organize for the disabled the possibility of a comfortable entrance, but at the same time it has the right to use any of the available entrances. Thus, when planning the installation of a ramp for the disabled under the Accessible Environment program, we recommend that you also consider emergency / other entrances to the building.
