Development of anatomical models from CT scans
Most often, such resources are aimed at general 3D demonstration models that can be used by medical and art students. Anatomical 3D models differ in the form of representation (skeleton, bones, muscles, cardiovascular or nervous system in various combinations), each of which is useful for any specific purpose. 3D printing of anatomical models
Upon completion of all previous stages and agreement of the final version with the customer, the 3D anatomical model can be reproduced in volume. To do this, the finished file is converted into the .STL format, which is loaded into a special slicer program. This is a special software that generates a control code for a 3D printer (G-Code). In addition to G-Code generation, the application calculates the approximate duration of printing and material consumption. After the control code is ready, you can start playing the product. The larger the model, the longer it will take to print. If the material allows, the finished product can be post-processed - sanded, primed, painted or treated with special solvents.
