Product description
Silicone heater mat including thermistor and sticker to heat up larger bed plates. 1000W guarantees you a quick heating to the desired temperature
The thermistor is a normal 100K version that will work with option 1 in your firmware. Use a solid state relay to control the heated bed from your electronics and optionally a fuse to protect against shorting. Review the following example setup for more information. Connect the thermistor wiring to your electronics board's heated bed thermistor header. The solid state relay low voltage side should be connected to the board's heated bed output, mind the polarization. The high voltage side should be connected to the one of the leads of the silicone mat, the other side to one of the 240V leads. Finally connect the other lead of the mat to the other lead of the 240V input. You can use the C14CHSMNTSW to protect the circuit and have a convenient way to turn off the heater.
Warning: Working with 240V can be dangerous, always take adequate precautions. Don't work with power on.

The 24V 250W Silicone Heater is designed for the Creality Ender 3 and Ender 5 series 3D Printers, intended to replace the traditional PCB board as a heating source.
Compared to PCB, silicone heaters reach temperature faster and feature better heat distribution at the edges of the build plate. The new feature in the November 2021 revision is an internal over-temperature protection switch that will shut the heater OFF as soon as the temperature reaches 150C.
The included 3M 468MP adhesive backing comes pre-applied, is rated up to 150° C for extended periods of use, and bonds exceptionally well to metal surfaces. Just peel and press for a quick and painless installation on a new or existing heated bed.
The Silicone Heater comes pre-wired with power cables and thermistor, a drop-in replacement for the Creality boards. We also sell complete kits in our store, which include a new 6061-T6 aluminum build plate.

Prusa i3 KitI recently decided to replace the heating table on my Sunhokey Prusa i3.
I bought a new aluminum plate and a cheap silicone heater 220V 200W on Ali.
An amphibian got stuck on Keenovo, so I bought one.
Upon arrival of the heating pad, I looked, measured the resistance of the heater and the thermistor, everything is normal and confirmed the order. Heater 239 Ohm, thermistor 107 kOhm.
I was able to start replacing the table in three weeks. When I peeled off the protective layer with 3M Velcro, I saw that the nichrome of the heater came out in two or three places on the surface.
So I saved money, I thought. And it's too late to open a dispute on Ali. Well, I had to glue the suspicious places with Kapton, and glue it to the aluminum.
I think now to install an RCD or buy Keenovo right away.;) As a result, this heating pad with an RCD will go into the price of a normal heater.
So, if someone takes a cheap version of such a heater, then immediately assemble a table so that if anything, return the money for the marriage.
Connected through a solid state relay, banal FOTEK 40A.
According to heater operation. Heating up to 115 degrees in 2.5-3 minutes. Holds confidently, there are runs, but aluminum and glass are aligned. On aluminum, the thermocouple shows 105-107 degrees. On glass 99-100 degrees. It is necessary to overestimate the temperature by 15 degrees, it turns out. It remains to calibrate and try to print.
