Hello FOGgers,
If anyone is interested in having a 3D part printed for them please let me know and we can work out a price. I have a 3D printer and can usually get something printed out same day.

I have had my 3d printer for a little over a year now and its cool but if I had to sacrifice not buying the domino I wouldn't do it.
I just purchased the domino and it is the best tool out there. I would wait on a 3d printer personally. Let me know if you have any questions.

I had the OP print me up one set of these... they turned out acceptable for the application. A lot easier than making my own versions out of Corian and aluminum parts. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:703165

Are you still making 3d parts?
I would like a set of test fit domino's.
Currently I have a handful of domino's that I have sanded down on all sides and the top and bottom to allow easy insertion and removal for testing how panels align after making my domino holes. I have the word TEST written in sharpie on both sides so I do not mistakenly use them in the final glue up. A good set would be about 10 in each of the common size domino's. Of course if they were Festool Green there is no way you would use them during glue up.
These should be sized so they are snug but not too tight so they can be removed easily. Sometimes on complicated glue ups using the test domino's has helped me get the glue sequence right. When I first got my domino I had a few situations where during assembly because I assembled in the wrong order I could not get domino's in. Since using my test domino's that is no longer the case.
Let me know if you can make these and what the cost would be.

Thanks, Also @zapdafish had the idea of a hole in each end to aid in removal. That would be great and would mean slightly less material if that matters.
A set in each size would be nice to have.

I would be interested in the TS 55 Dust cover for blade changing opening. I'm also interested to see if you could design an adapter for the RO 150 older model with the oval dust port. What I'd like to see is something that fixes to the oval and converts it to fit a 27mm hose end. Preferably to have the hose fit over the end of it. I guess either way would work but the older style RO 150's the hose end fits over the oval port. Also I believe it would be beneficial to have the end of the round port be ribbed to hold the hose onto the adapter.
I know without having a older style RO 150 at hand it would not be possible but, it's something to think about making. I think you might get a few buyers.
