For newcomers, this is the most common problem. Do not worry, you can solve it easily. Generally,the distance between the nozzle and platform is too far or near. How to level Creality Creality Ender 3?
Move the nozzle so that it’s positioned over the left corner of the bed. A half-inch or so from both sides is a good location.
Slide the paper between the nozzle and the bed. If it doesn’t fit, drop the corner until it does.
Once the paper is able to slide under the nozzle, very slowly raise the corner with the adjuster. Remember: Clockwise moves the bed up. As you do this, gently slide the paper back and forth. The moment you feel even the slightest resistance to your moving the paper, stop turning the knob. That corner is (almost) ready to go.
Do the same for the other three corners of the build plate. Always advance the hot end to a new corner slowly. This will prevent damage to the build plate in case the nozzle starts to drag. If this occurs, simply lower the next corner (before starting the leveling process) to make some room.
After you’ve adjusted each corner once, go back and check the four corners again. You may have to do further adjustments to get all four correct.

Creality Ender-3 V2 is an improved version of the popular budget 3D printer with excellent value for money. It combines simple design and high print quality with ±0.1mm accuracy to make you feel free to use it for your engineering hobbies.

Ender-3 V2 consists of a base with a sliding table and an open metal frame. The durable frame of the printer does not swing during printing. Despite the primitive design, you do not have to upgrade or modify anything with a file to fully use the printer.

The device is delivered disassembled, but the assembly of the Ender-3 V2 from the box comes down to installing the vertical racks and the printhead on the finished platform. After spending a couple of hours on assembly, you can replicate the 3D models you like from the Internet and print plastic parts right at home.

Features

The Ender-3 V2 3D Printer is based on the original 32-bit platform with quiet stepper motor drivers. However, it cannot be called completely silent: fans are constantly working in the background, cooling the filling and the built-in power supply.

4.3-inch display with English user interface. It is controlled by a rotary encoder and contains simple but informative graphics. For example, during printing, the current temperature of the nozzle and table, the estimated time and other parameters are displayed. The menu allows you to control the table and print head to change the plastic or calibrate the surface of the table.

The kinematics of the Ender-3 V2 printer is made in the image and likeness of the Prusha i3: the table with the model moves in the Y plane, while the print head moves along the X and Z axes along the portal. Such a scheme is distinguished by ease of assembly and the absence of complex nodes, therefore it is often used in inexpensive 3D printers. The filament is fed through a single gear bowden extruder that can be manually turned with a valve to conveniently thread new filament. The model is printed on a glass plate with a matte finish for improved adhesion of the first layer. The tabletop made of carborundum (silicon carbide) heats up to a working temperature within 100 ° C and cools down without deformation, unlike the magnetic table of the previous model. Through the user menu, you can preheat the table to the desired temperature.

Software

Creality Ender-3 V2 prints with any slicer, such as Cura, which is available for 64-bit Windows, macOS and Linux platforms. The program "cuts" an arbitrary 3D model into separate layers and prepares instructions in the G-Code language, understandable to a 3D printer. The final file contains a step-by-step printing algorithm in accordance with the selected parameters - this is what needs to be fed to the printer.

By default, the printer loads the print model from the microSD card. An 8 GB microSD card with a USB adapter is included. The memory card contains instructions from the manufacturer, as well as drivers and software for printing via a USB connection with a computer under Windows and macOS.

Power

The printer is powered by 220 V/50 Hz household power and consumes up to 350 W of power.

During a power failure, the print process is saved and continues from the same place - there is less chance of messing up the model.
