Hey Guys, I want to live stream my customers 3D prints but don’t know how to do it. I don’t want to dedicate a computer to streaming it or have to have a computer right next to the camera. Is there any way I can get a camera and audrino or something that can stream to my YouTube without having a computer next to it? Any suggestions or ideas would be great! Thanks!

yes, I have seen that but how do I let my customers see the live stream? If I can get it to youtube the customers can see it on there.

Live streaming to YouTube could be based more or less on how this guy did it. It’s for his cats (it’s the internet, so of course!) but the same principle should work. Direct Octoprint integration will probably be harder than just running Octoprint on a separate partition and running the stream on a second partition.

YouTube conveniently already has Live Stream as a functionality, so you’ll just need the server URL and the stream name/key fields.

Yes! That is what I want to do!

I have a live on YouTube using a dedicated laptop and webcam with osb studio. I also have 4-5 old Android cellphones running “ipwebcam” which is tied to “ivideon” this allows me to provide several live streams for free which are viewable by customers.

The world's fastest metal 3D printer demonstrated live at the Melbourne Grand Prix

SPEE3D Live showcases its metal 3D printing technology at the Grand Prix/Image Source: SPEE3D

SPEE3D, a leading Australian additive manufacturing company, decided to showcase the world's fastest metal 3D printer at the recent Melbourne Grand Prix. The Grand Prix, an event known for its speed and innovation, was the perfect place to present its ultra-fast technology to the crowd. nine0006

WarpSPEE3D is the world's first large format metal 3D printer to use SPEE3D's patented technology to dramatically speed up, reduce cost and scale production compared to traditional production.

It is capable of producing parts 1000 times faster than traditional methods. As such, it is ideal for on-demand production and rapid prototyping. SPEE3D partnered with Gary Rogers Motorsport to demonstrate the high speed production of aluminum parts for the s5000 open wheels. nine0006

SPEE3D has made a name for itself in the additive manufacturing industry with a growing global customer base. They have received many awards for their technology over the years and currently hold the world record for the fastest printing of a 1kg part. The Melbourne-based company has made it possible for spectators and global racing teams to see this world-leading technology in action.

At the Melbourne Grand Prix, crowds of racing fans saw for the first time dozens of custom-printed metal parts. The s5000 support arm was one of many metal automotive parts on display at the event. This 2.4 kilogram aluminum part was printed in just two hours on a WarpSPEE3D metal 3D printer for the low cost of $180.

A live demonstration at the Versor Technical Center at the event showed that printers are not limited to workshops or laboratories. SPEE3D technology is currently the only AM technology that has proven to be able to print metal parts anywhere and in some of the harshest environments on the planet. Since 2020, SPEE3D and the Australian Army have been field testing equipment off-road, demonstrating the ability to 3D print and test their own spare parts in rugged bush and extreme conditions. nine0006

Byron Kennedy, CEO of SPEE3D, stated: “It was very exciting to showcase our technology at this fantastic event in Melbourne. Grand Prix, in which the main thing is speed and innovation!
