Absolutely astounding customer service!
I ordered a creality 3d printer from Tinker Hive and while I had issues with the shipping (no fault of theirs) as well as the quality of the printer fans (again, no fault of theirs) Tinker Hive, the employees and even the CEO of the company have gone stellar with the above and beyond customer service as well as the constant communication regarding every step of every issue that came up.
This company presents what is needed in the business world and should be rewarded for their excellence.

Impressive printer for the price
This is my 5th 3D Printer, I learned about it from The DIY channel, and I can't believe I didn't know it existed before that. I am a true tinkerer at heart, and I put a lot of Faith in Michael Klements, the man is a genius, and if you don't know about him, you need to check out his page. The printer arrived very well packaged; I like that they include a spool of filament with the printer instead of just a coil. I don't know how much more you can ask for in a 3D Printer at this price point. Linear Rails, Direct Drive: A printer like this should easily re-sale for over $500.00 Kywoo has an excellent support channel, and I love their company over Creality. Creality is overrated; Kywoo is the up-and-coming Printer Evangelist! You will love this printer, and you'll even be more amazed by the quality prints it produces.
Tinker Hive is a great company; I buy all my printers from them and have yet to have any problems! Thank you, Jessica; I love you guys!

Easy to assemble and use. Prints great right out of the box. Easy to upgrade, if you choose to. I made a few changes to mine, most you can print yourself, other you have to buy. Definitely worth the purchase. Great company to purchase from, outstanding customer service.

My 2nd printer experience with Tinker Hive
This is my second experience but 4th printer from Tinker Hive was made by the same company as my first 3D Printer. BIQU or BTT whatever they call themselves make great products. I hadn't heard of them until I started researching upgrades and I quickly realized the same company makes the motherboards that go in a lot of these printers. What can I say? Well, my printer arrived quickly, everything was packaged perfectly, building it was a breeze and I'd say I was up and printing in less than 40 minutes. I bought this one because of the Octoprint Integration and so far I love it! This printer's processor is quick, the printer itself is silent, it has the same style of pinda auto-level sensor that the Prusa printers have, it's got a huge 7" Color Display and it's octoprint ready.
I'm slowly building a small print farm for my side business and I plan to buy at least 3 more of these. Almost forgot. Service is great with these guys and whenever I've needed the help I just make a phone call and I get someone right away.

Ok so im not tech savvy but this printer is AMAZING. Its soooo easy to use to set up and to level. I absolutely love it! And i live the staff at TINKERHIV3 they are absolutely amazing i sent them like a million emails and they answered all my questions were extremely patient with me. I will definitely be ordering another Lotmaxx Shark oh and by the way the dual printing is absolutely easy to use ❤️❤️

Of the vast array of existing 3D printing technologies, two have taken root in dentistry – stereolithography (SLA) and digital LED projection (DLP). Both technologies have a similar principle of operation - the object is divided into flat layers of equal thickness, then the printer recreates the original object layer by layer using alternate illumination. The difference between the above printing methods is the light source - UV laser for SLA and digital LED projector for DLP. Having appeared on the Russian market more than 10 years ago, modern photopolymer stereolithographic printers have found their application in jewelry production, where the accuracy of design reproduction in accordance with the developed layout is extremely important. In addition to precision, the use of 3D printers has made it possible to reduce the production time of burn-in jewelry models by moving from classical technology with manual modeling to digital and further printing.
A significant advantage is the ability to model the unique shape of the final product at the stage of digital modeling, giving the most complex shapes and their exact reproduction during casting. The main question is what do we print in the dental laboratory? The answer to it is a decisive factor in the choice of equipment. To date, there are three key areas for the use of 3D printing in this direction:
• production of demonstration and collapsible models of the jaw, sectoral reproduction of the upper and lower jaws in the occlusion,
• production of ashless burnable structures, caps, bases for crowns and bridges, clasp prostheses,
• production of surgical templates for implantation, guides for maxillofacial surgery and individual mouthguards.
In addition, the printing of temporary and permanent orthopedic structures, as well as the production of bases for removable dentures, is actively developing.
In the near future, these biocompatible materials will become available on the Russian market.
In our 3D printing center we use Way2Production SolFlex 650 (Austria) and Asiga PICO 2 (Australia) DLP printers. Both printers polymerize materials with 385 nm (UV) radiation. nine0007
DLP printers are distinguished by light intensity and print accuracy, depending on projector resolution and layer thickness. For example, for printing crowns, bridges, clasp denture bases and other structures that require an exact fit, you should choose a layer thickness in the range of 25-50 microns. For the manufacture of surgical templates, models of the jaw and other volumetric tasks, a layer thickness of 100 microns is optimal.
