“Will your filaments work in my 3D printer?”
“The short answer is YES!”
The majority of printers being produced today are designed to accept most filament materials. If you have a special, or unique vision for what you want to do with your 3D printer, we will be happy to consult with you and help you determine the exact specifications required by both your filament and your printer.
Our consulting team is equipped with all of the market information to help you make the right choices, and we’ll let you know if there is any reason to change your setup. That chances are that the printer you have will be perfectly fine!
“What size filaments does Terrafilum provide?”
“We have a wide variety of options for each of our earth-friendly products.”
When you order Terrafilum Filament, you will be given the option to select the product material, diameter (either 1.75mm or 2.85mm), spool type, package quality, and color.
“Will using your filament void the warranty for my 3D printer?”
“No!”
That may have been the case a long time ago, but now we have a little law called the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, which, in a nutshell, states that in the U.S. a warranty cannot require that only Branded parts be used with the product to keep the warranty intact. It is illegal to refuse to honor a warranty due to using 3rd party material as long as those materials are certified.
“Can I receive free samples of your Filament?”
“We’re working on it!”
We think it would be great to offer our clients a few samples to see how amazing our product is. As soon as we have the program developed, we’ll send you an email to let you know.

“How should I store my Terrafilum Filament once it arrives?”
“All filaments should be kept as dry as possible when stored.”
Wrapping our product in airtight containers, or plastic will ensure that it lasts until it is ready to be used.
Using filament that has absorbed moisture will likely cause you problems so it is important to protect it as much as possible. Try throwing in a few of those desiccant packets you got with your last Amazon order!
