The Envision One leverages long-chain polymer chemistry to produce strong, stable parts. The result is isotropic parts suitable for end-use applications and capable of standing up to the most demanding conditions.
High accuracy and resolution
Featuring patented “domeless” printing technology, the Envision One eliminates any concerns about how “doming” may impact accuracy on the Z axis. High-resolution (60 um XY) printing and patented pixel tuning technology make it easy to create fine features and smooth surface finishes suitable for end-use parts.

High-speed continuous printing
The cDLM process allows for continuous printing without the need to peel each layer off the film after it is polymerized.
A ‘dead zone’ is formed by flowing a thin layer of oxygen above the film of the printing bed. Within this ‘dead zone’ the polymerization process is inhibited ensuring the layer being printed adheres to the layer above and not the printing bed film. This ‘dead zone’ is what enables continuous printing, where the build plate can continually move in the Z axis, leading to faster, more reliable prints.

The Envision One cDLM produces end-use parts with properties that meet or exceed that of traditionally manufactured plastic components, such as injection molded plastics
Unlike most plastic additive manufacturing methods, parts created via CDLM are made up of entangled long-chain polymers, making them fully isotropic. This is vastly different from processes like FDM, which create anisotropic parts with few, if any, polymer chains between each layer. To create those long-chain polymers, printers must be able to process highly viscous resins which require large amounts of power to polymerize. Their high viscosity means these resins cannot be jetted (PolyJet), and would take too long to process with vector based polymerization methods (SLA).

ruOur director knows better than anyone how important it is to informatize all production processes in our office. And in order to keep up with the times, we really need to buy a 3D printer, and not just any, but the coolest one!
This is where this story began. I received an urgent request from the director, leaving all other things to do the selection of this same printer in our "IT-laboratory". Here is a story about her. For a whole week I was choosing a model, figuring out what type of plastic is needed to make 3D models and, most importantly, how much all this pleasure costs! The price is above all for the director!

The supplier, some individual entrepreneur, in a cool jeep, brought SOMETHING into the office — an engineering marvel in a cardboard box. I put the box on the table, wrote something on WhatsApp to the director and disappeared as quickly as he appeared.
A minute later the director calls me on the phone.
- Did you bring the printer?
Yes.
-Close the office, don't give the keys to anyone, take them home with you. 3D printer is VERY expensive! We must protect him. An installer from the capital will come, he will set everything up himself, don’t try to climb yourself, the device is under warranty. Got it?

A specially trained installer arrives a week later. He was even able to screw on the front door of the 3D printer. But things didn't go any further. Another half a month has passed, I already thought to sinful deeds that the 3D printer will be sent to the warehouse, where it belongs. But no. This time, two engineers from this interesting supplier-entrepreneur came to our office. One comrade in a suit immediately went to talk to our director, the second, a comrade, simpler, in a sweater and without a tie, began to start the apparatus. He had printed instructions. He did not show it to me - a trade secret!
Everything hung during the driver installation phase. The backlight shimmers with all the colors of the rainbow, but the printer does not print anything ... We bought a serious unit, no one can deal with it! When "generalists left", I still begged for instructions. nine0003

Picaso X Core engine update
- Increased speed of loading and slicing high-poly models.
- Fixed some legacy bugs: Adjusted feed settings for seam hiding paths, as well as line widths for filling gaps between perimeters (now reduced chance of overextrusion when using gap filling) and the first two backing layers.

- Added 3D Lightning Fill Pattern. This is the most economical and fastest template with automatic density that changes depending on the geometry of the model. nine0061 - Added "Mirror" function. It reflects the model about the selected axis.
Changes to current functionality
- Assembly and separation of models on surfaces is now performed through the context menu in the list of models. - The range of layer heights for auto-selection of parameters has been reduced (the "Detail" slider). For a 0.5 mm nozzle, a layer height of 0.4 mm is excluded, since this height does not guarantee good print quality on a wide range of materials at high speeds. However, you can still set these parameters manually. - Fixed model scaling error, in which the final dimension could be 0.01 mm larger than required, and some other application errors. nine0003
