1. Putty only seams
2. I would make fastening joints (like a tongue and groove)
3. Put 5 percent filling
4. Subcontracted car painters to do a neat coat of acrylic primer.
5. Sanded with a machine.
There are shortcomings (undersanded putty) (by the way, how is putty or putty correct?). For 20.000 that's it. Now such work would cost around 40.000 - 45.000.
